Ok, so compare this;
With this;
Has Bruce been in a punch up with one of the players?
Well, I have to say I very much doubt it.
While he might not be as young or nimble as he was, would you want to take him on?
I certainly wouldn’t.
But I was perplexed, as I didn’t recall any moles in the relevant areas of Bruce’s mush.
Which led to a brief nosey on the net, that tells me you can actually have moles that are lighter than your normal skin tone, which might explain why we’ve never noticed them.
Add in that Bruce is the right age group to have had a thorough well-being type check up, it does make sense that the story is right.
Which is quite a shame, as a good manager-player punch up makes for a great story. Remember O’Neil and NRC?
Still, you would think that assuming top level Footy managers probably have top notch private medical insurance, the quack would have done a better job than that.
AJ and Klitchko didn’t look as bad as that after their battle, after all.
Still, what do I know about it?
And then the serious departures begin, with Kozak gone.
I know many rated him, but I didn’t see it myself.
He had a torrid time at the Villa and I wish him well for the future.
Carlos Sanchez has completed a move to Fiorentina and while I know he wasn’t very popular with the Villa fans, I think this one’s a shame.
I think he’d have been at least good competition for Jedinak especially at Championship level.
I also feel that he got far too much blame for trying to cover an horrendous defence.
Not that it matters now.
What chance some of the very top earners/wasters leaving, I wonder?
I live in hope.
i think I’d be asking the quack for a refund, myself
Light coloured moles are potentially indicitive of skin cancer – no reason to question the ‘official statement’. Moving on – no matter how much I wish they had succeeded, neither Kozak nor Sanchez have done enough to convince me of their importance to the team in the future. Good luck to them in the future.
Comparing the 2 pictures above he does look absolutely shattered. I hope his okay and the pressures of managing us has not caught up with him. I think SB realizes what a difficult summer this will be as there will be a massive clear out, which I would imagine will start next week. UTV
Yep, I suspect it’s taken a fair amount out of him.
On a different note, Alan Hutton has two broken ribs.
WTF?
Was he Bruce’s punchbag? 😉
Makes you wonder? Looking at both photos it seems like a result from a punch up, and how the hell did Hutton get broken ribs?, let’s see if Hutton is on the list of being told to go, if it was moles why didn’t he wait till the season ended to recuperate for surgery, well its almost over for this season I was hoping it would be on tv but again no coverage.
I’ve been looking for the reason for Hutton’s ribs and there isn’t one given, even on the OS.
This has suddenly become very fishy, as surely it would be reasonable to ask what’s caused a non-typical football injury?
I find it very strange that it seems to have been glossed over.
I’m sure the media will get to the bottom of it, was the question put to Bruce??? In mentioning Huttons injury but no reason for it shabby was mentioned but stated his resulted as a training field injury. It’ll all come out in the wash
It’s a Agatha Christie mystery that’s what it is, HOW DID HUTTON GET INJURED? , WHO WAS THE DOCTOR , What we need is a mole in the club to tell us. watch this space all will be revealed next week when player are going.
Was that an intended pun Bill – if so brilliant mate 🙂
It certainly was Hitch, to think of it Hitch I wonder who writes his media speech at press interview. Hows the allotment coming along mate?.
Poor old Steve Bruce. He looks like he has had his moles removed they way I get rid of mine – digging them out with a spade.
