This is bad news for fans and an anguished nightmare for Libor Kozak as he has been put back onto the operating table to have a pin inserted into his leg after it became apparent it hadn’t healed properly during training on the practice fields. The Birmingham mail are reporting that the injury has set Kozak back until next year. I was particularly looking forward to seeing Libor return as I always felt he had a lot to offer and I enjoyed watching him play.
This bad news can be countered by the return of our Belgium giant who is ready to see his first game of the season against Man City!
this news is just awful, for fans but especially for the player. hes not long arrived got injured on the training pitch, recover (we all thought) then back to square one injured again and another operation. seeing him warming up pre season with benteke. was a picture to remember, selfish of me 2 think we had two world class players (hitmen) to return 2 the fold very soon.

That is bad news. i thought things had gone a bit quiet there. Hopefully this will sort him out and he will be back by the end of the year. We really need the strength in depth in this position in case Benteke breaks down again. A lot of people criticised Lambert buying him, but it’s clear we are pretty toothless without him and Benteke.
