Villa Sink To New Low-After Cleverley Loan Move!

Tom Cleverley has signed for us on a season long loan deal. After the debacle of him not signing for us yesterday just in case Everton did he apparently signed a loan deal just before the deadline last night.

The whole think stinks IMO. Firstly if he did sign before the deadline then why was it not announced last night and secondly why has this only just bee authorised? Is it because we were helping UTD out that this was allowed. We all know its one rule for them and another for everyone else allegedly.

So now not only do we sell them our best players we are happy to take their dross of them too to help them buy their way back into the top four. Djemba Djemba anyone.

To add insult to injury Cleverley did not want to leave and he certainly does not want to come to us no matter what PR bs the club may give out. He is a player who is no better than what we already had yet the club were prepared to be humiliated by him begging him to sign for us even though Everton and no one else would touch him.

Cleverley has disrespected our club already and will be out of VP like a rat up a drain pipe if anyone else is stupid enough to come in for him. He is tge laughing stock of England and UTD fans I know cannot believe what mugs we are signing him even on loan.

Another new low at Villa Park IMO and any apologists that support this farce need to wake up and smell the coffee!!

How about putting a post up, with a vote, to see who is having a wankfest this weekend? Also to make the replies to the post longer the reason, if any, for having the wankfest could also be stated with the best answer winning a packet of 3 super sensitive durex so they can have a posh wankfest next week? Just am idea to pass some time as there no prem football this week.

Something sensible to say, Man u are in 600m of debt and they try to buy their way out of it by running a club on a shoe string and now they are purchasing players on even more credit.. if they don’t get champions league….. Just saying but Leeds Leeds Leeds Leeds

Haven’t they paid off a large portion of the £800m with share issues? For some reason ‘the big clubs’ are allowed to operate even under enormous debt. Odd. ManU are just a brand and a few hundred square feet of Manchester land and they’re worth a fortune. Weird times in which we live…

Robinson got two for the England U20’s last night, I’m from Telford and some of my mates went to the game and said he looked quality. Also Sturridge is out for a few weeks!! So happy days.

Bum Bum, The FFP rules ignore exisitng debt (which seems complelety idiotic to my way of thinking) and are focussed on clubs not increasing the debt burden. So, if I have it right, a club without debt could not gear up to a sensible debt level other than through investing in the ground / youth or local communtiy projects. The other ‘trick’ uses loan agreements to smooth the effect of the break even rules – hence Torres on a 2 year loan deal. Without some very clever transfer dealing to create profits (or perhaps back to floating clubs on the stock market) it really means that the top clubs in Europe are sitting pretty. You couldn’t make this stuff up!

It kinds of get to me that, Hitchens60 they can break a club for going bankruptcy by sending them to lower leagues yet the likes of Man utd can play the markets with peoples money, don’t make sense to me.

Gotcha. You forgot the comical stadium sponsorship deal at Man Citeh too…how they are getting away with that is ridiculous. Just corrupt.
