Villa do deal with Statsports; Who are they?

Is this old news?
I really don’t know, as I feel a bit out of the loop lately, with me working seven days a week and basically getting far less sleep than is anywhere near comfortable for me.

Anyway, Giddy asked me what the bras in the training in the US pics were about and I immediately assumed it was one of the American clubs sponsors or something.
Until a search revealed this (about a quarter of the way down the page atm);

They’re a sports science company, who apparently have one of the best monitoring apps/pieces of kit going.
As one of the replies suggests, they’re supposed to be the dog’s danglies in their field and seem to have been working for the German international squad.
And we’ve apparently agreed a long term deal with them.

So why has this not been mentioned anywhere else?
Of course, it’s always possible that I’ve missed it, but a quick search on the OS reveals nothing.

To me, this is quite an important link-up and certainly more important than what’s being offered at the VMF restaurant, regardless of how highly it might be rated.

If they are indeed rated as highly as it seems, it would appear we’ve made a choice that we should be shouting about as a positive.
I’m not mad about all this stuff, as my views are well known in that the team are only playing two games a week and it should easily be within them at this sort of age.
But then, I’m frequently reminded that I’m behind the times.

If this link-up helps us, it doesn’t matter.
I’m all in favour of it.
