Fucking shit. Fuck off Lambert. Don’t try to blame Lerner for this shit. There is enough talent in the team to produce a few decent performances if we had a coach that could do just that. Fuck of Lambert you are the worst manager in the history of this club ! Relegation is a sure thing if he sticks around. Our luck will run out eventually. Ask Wigan fans.

I’ve totally lost patience with this now. 1 shot on target in 90 minutes of football and another sending off! This could be our year to go down. All the other teams seem to be showing signs of improvement.

highly likely we’ll be bottom three come the Hull game now, and might not score before then in the league, which means added pressure so he’ll only start the experienced players so no chance now of seeing Grealish or Robinson IMO

Villa have no fight in them. Should be ashamed of themselves for what they are putting us fans through. The fans that keep backing Lambert remind me of victims of domestic abuse that keep making excuses for those that inflict it. Tom Fox, it’s now time to force lerners hand. Tell him make funds available for a few decent players and a new manager to coach them.

not scoring against the Pool would mean two months of the season where we didnt have a goal of the month entry…that would be some record!

Any other manager would get a better tune out of those players. They are not world beaters by any means, but Lambert hasn’t got a clue. Who would would want to sign for us /him?

Lowest scorers in 4 English and 4 Scottish leagues …and the conference as well.

How long would it take a manager(???) to see that a big kick up field to one man marked by 3 was not a good idea……38 minutes maybe…well it will be 38 matches and still no tactical change.

    Sanchez for Richardson…JOKE
Clarke 2nd booking……didnt do anything. (can we appeal for a shit yellow ?)
No flair in team and non on bench.
62% possession …62 seconds in their area.
1 shot on target …and that was a deflection.

Another pathetic display. Well done Lambert, excellent tactics and team selection once again.

We will be in the bottom 3 come February, we deserve to be there already.

The Master Tactician! The latest from the sad looking Jock in the dug out is to play a back two. Just Okore and Clark, A diagram of Hutton’s touches would show most in the opponents half and none in his own area. Cissoko with more in the opponent’s half. The one thing Lambert assessed correctly is that Leicester snatch at chances. They could have had six with composure before the shot. One rather flukey ground shot through a crowd was enough.

I watched on the Rivo feed and the commentator said “It is hard to see what Villa game plan is supposed to be.” Something like this. Benteke and Agbonlakor both playing left sided striker and getting in each other’s way, Hutton playing right wing and right back with predictable consequences for the defence. All balls up to forwards lofted and short – enabling Leicester to pick them off. Hope for a big Leicester error that we can’t miss – it fell to Cissoko who did. Joe Cole adding to already over done cast of midfield fiddlers who couldn’t score in de Montfort Hall. (local gag). If that doesn’t work, bring on Richardson and N’zogbia.

“We want Lambert out!” chants clearly audible.

    Yes Domingo…..EMBARRASSING.

Andy Cole just said “how can you stay in EPL if you cant score goals”…and “no shots on target in 94 mins”…….

Does anyone involved at VP ever watch us play or the see the comments from all the “experts”…no thought not.

They also said its vital that Villa keep Benteke…not so ….never sees the ball in an area that could be deemed dangerous for the opposition and when a ball does come over the top to run onto he’s offside……think Bent must have coached him.

Well I think this is the turning point now.
I have remained supportive from day one but today is the final nail in lamberts coffin for me.
The constant statements from this squad claiming to be happy with this style of football should be ashamed. We are a complete joke and it’s just simply time to knock this on the head now.
There is a squad there that should see a comfortable mid table finish. The substitutions are bizarre to say the least. Why not bring on bacuna ? Why not let Sanchez push up field a little as he seems to be the only player capable of creating?
why not keep the ball on the floor? A combination of wieman and Benteke should be getting a fair amount of joy for scoring. A combination of strength, pace, finesse , work rate and outstanding talent for one.
The defence in all fairness is strong and much more satisfactory? The midfield is simply shambolick. Sanchez is a brilliant player and the rest I really struggle to praise. We need wingers for our potentially giant world class striker.
Yes possession is improved but there is absolutely nothi penetrative about it.
I just have to much to say that my hands are not quit enough to type it all out.
Simply pathetic and time is up, it’s time to freshen up and get some bloody tactics into place!!!!

Totally agree Tom, apart from this sentence:
“A combination of strength, pace, finesse , work rate and outstanding talent for one” – not sure where you’ve seen that?! Were they playing for Leicester?!

No Bencey, we haven’t see that at all from them once this season. What I’m saying is they are capable of forming the almost ideal partnership.
