Basically you pay 2 quid for a celebratory wristband and a pound goes to the charity.
I’m personally not keen on that picture, as it seems to be aiming at a group of people I don’t associate myself with, ie not exactly working class.
But it’s about in line with the way Premier League clubs think, imo.
You might just do better by clicking on the Acorns logo at the top of the page and donating directly.
Badger123, if its a great cause you like , maybe the news out today that prince George is to be a Villa supporter, claims from Prince William, anyway wristbands, same as poppies buy for the cause, not the looks. Should we not have a whose who on celebrities of Aston Villa got to be good for the club don’t you think. 🙂 🙂
Prince William said that George will be there when we thrash utd. I didn’t know royalty could live a thousand years!!
